Exchange Policy

·         All Buyers who wish to Exchange their item must contact Shoe Kingdom within 14 days of receiving the item for an Exchange Authorization Number (EA#) shoekingdom@ymail.com

·         All Exchange Authorization Requests after 14 days are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee

·         All Exchange Authorization Requests from 21 to 30 days are subject to a 20% Restocking Fee

·         NO Exchange Authorization Requests will be honored after 30 days of receiving the item.

·         The Buyer is responsible for the new shipping both ways. We can calculate your shipping fee and supply that cost with your EA#.

·         All Exchanges must be Received by Shoe Kingdom within 14 business days of the Exchange Authorization Number being issued or the Exchange Authorization will be Void.

 

 Return Policy 

·         All Buyers who wish to return their items for a exchange must contact Shoe Kingdom within 14 days of receiving the item for a Return Authorization Number (RA#)

·         The Buyer is responsible for the new shipping

·         All Returns are Subject to a 20% restocking fee

·         Any Return Authorization Requests from 14 to 30 days after receipt are subject to an additional 10% restocking fee.

·         All Returns must be sent back to Shoe Kingdom within 14 business days of  Return Authorization Number being issued or the Authorization will be Void.

·         NO Returns will be honored after 30 days of receiving the item. 

The Information below retains to both the Return & Exchange Policies:                                 No Refunds, Only exchanges.

The item must be unused, unworn, and include any paperwork that may have been sent with your item.  Place your item in a shipping box. Do not place any shipping labels or packaging tape directly onto the item’s original box as it damages the box and can no longer be sold as new in box. Be sure to write your EA# or RA# on the outside of the parcel. This will insure efficient and proper credit.

If we make a mistake, we will do everything we can to fix the problem as quickly as possible. Please contact us as soon as the error is noticed, otherwise we will assume that everything is correct.

We have 100’s of individual items in our website store at any given time and select items are non-returnable. Please read each individual listing for the policy.
